3. Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide — specifically your email address when you sign up for early access via our website. We do not collect any data through cookies, tracking scripts, analytics tools, or third-party pixels.
4. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your email address solely to send you early access communications and product updates. The legal basis is your freely given, specific, and informed consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Double Opt-In
Registration follows a double opt-in process: after submitting your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription is only activated once you click the confirmation link. This ensures no third party can sign you up without your knowledge.
6. Service Provider: Brevo
For email delivery we use Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany) as our data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place. 7. Data Transfers
Brevo is based in the EU. Your data is processed within the EEA and is not transferred to third countries unless an adequate level of protection is guaranteed in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
8. Retention Period
We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon withdrawal of consent, your data will be deleted promptly and without undue delay.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectify (Art. 16), erase (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), object to processing (Art. 21), and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing (Art. 7(3)).

10. Unsubscribing
You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of pr2>12. Updates
